This post is a heads up that I will be presenting with one of my colleagues at this week’s Sourcing Industry Group (SIG) Global Executive Summit. The Summit is being held April 19-21 at the Omni Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. Our presentation, “Easy Wins: Procurement Leadership Drives Value in Outsourcing Corporate Services,” takes place on Wednesday, April 20 at 2:20 PM.
The focus of our session will be on Corporate Services, which, often spread across geography and business units, support virtually every employee and business function. While these services are visible, their cost can be hard to see and control. Corporate Services also are undergoing structural change as a result of digital business and changing workplace demographics. With these and other key issues in mind, we’ll focus on trends that are driving change in how Corporate Services are provided and sourced; emerging models for provisioning corporate services; strategies for capturing more value in Corporate Service outsourced contracts; and case studies that highlight how to steadily contain costs.
For more information you can visit the SIG website. Additionally, feel free to visit the Business Process Outsourcing Services page of our website for more on industry trends including case histories, white papers and more. I will also alert you when an archived version of our presentation is available for viewing.
