Streamlining Document Management in New Financial System for Raymond James

With the challenge of migrating more than 30,000 contract documents from their legacy system to their new financial system, Raymond James tapped Canon Business Process Services to accurately and swiftly handle the project in an eight week timeframe. Raymond James' primary concerns were that they would lose data during the migration as well as not be able to find the documents in their new system once migrated. Canon migrated the documents according to Raymond James' protocols and used Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to make the documents searchable.
