Canon Shares Industry News: HfS and SIG Announce Partnership

Canon Business Process Services (Canon) shares a recent announcement that HfS Research and the Sourcing Industry Group (SIG), the premier membership organization for sourcing, procurement and outsourcing executives, announced a global partnership. The partnership agreement sees the two global influencers come together to deliver global research and insight, and develop a portfolio of initiatives to benefit members and subscribers alike throughout 2017 and 2018.
Canon, a member of SIG, has presented to the organization on a number industry developments, most recently on how robotic process automation (RPA) offers the potential to reduce costs and errors associated with labor-intensive business processes, such as insurance claims and accounts payable automation.
