BLACK BOOK OF OUTSOURCING GLOBAL TOP 50 CBPS is ranked among the select "Global Top 50 Outsourcing Vendors" by Datamonitor, owner of the Black Book of Outsourcing, in its “State of the Outsourcing Industry” client survey report. The “Global Top 50” rankings were based on results of an online survey conducted by Datamonitor. The survey drew over 6,500 responses from executives qualified to evaluate leading global outsourcing providers. The “Global Top 50” companies were ranked against nine criteria of operational excellence such as requirements awareness and partnership approach.
